Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Scott Dussault is responsible for all the financial and administrative operations, customer support and professional services of the company. He brings more than 20 years of operational and financial leadership experience and a track record of success to Nasuni.

Before joining Nasuni, Scott was Executive Vice president and Chief Financial Officer at Demandware, Inc., (NYSE: DWRE) the category-defining leader of enterprise cloud commerce solutions. During Scott’s tenure at Demandware, the company grew from 120 employees to approximately 450 employees, annual recurring revenues increased from $8 million to $150 million while annual contracted revenue backlog grew to $350 million. Scott also led the company through its initial public offering and follow on offering, which raised approximately $300 million and resulted in a market capitalization of over $3 billion.

Prior to Demandware, Scott was a Chief Financial Officer of Archivas, Inc., a developer and distributor of an online storage management solution designed for long-term storage of fixed-content digital assets. Archivas was acquired by Hitachi Data Systems in February, 2007. Prior to Archivas, Dussault was Chief Financial Officer for Astra Tech, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Astra Zeneca and a distributor of medical devices. Before Astra Tech, Scott served as Chief Financial Officer of StorageNetworks (NASDAQ:STOR), a publicly-traded data-storage software and services company. Scott began his career with Ernst & Young LLP, where he earned his CPA and was a manager in the Entrepreneurial Services and Audit Services areas.

Scott holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Stonehill College. He is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
