Why We Acquired DryvIQ: Because You Can’t Build a Data Strategy on Data You Don’t Understand

Every enterprise I speak with tells me the same thing. They know their unstructured data is one of their most valuable assets, they know it’s one of their least understood, and the cost to manage it is spiraling. They can tell you how many petabytes they’re storing, but not what’s actually inside those files, whether any of it is sensitive, how valuable it is, or how they should manage it.
Here’s the thesis, plainly stated: enterprise AI does not need another copy of your files. It needs continuously current, governed context drawn from the operational data where your business actually works. One of the most dangerous assumptions in enterprise data management is that classification is a one-time project.
