At Nasuni, partnerships aren’t just about technology. They’re about shared vision, close collaboration, and a joint commitment to customer success. Few partners embody that better than SHI International.
SHI is one of the world’s largest IT solutions providers. Our relationship with them goes back more than a decade and our two companies have grown together down the years. Today, SHI is one of our longest-standing strategic national partners. And over the past six months, our teams have doubled down on a mutual mission: helping organizations modernize infrastructure and prepare their data for AI innovation.
How Nasuni and SHI Accelerate AI Innovation
Nausni and SHI share one clear belief: a strong AI strategy starts with a strong data strategy.
That common vision is what makes our partnership so powerful. SHI brings deep expertise in hybrid cloud, modern data infrastructure, and AI readiness—informed by their internal AI adoption. Nasuni complements that by providing the cloud-native file data platform that makes AI innovation possible:
- A unified namespace that eliminates data silos
- Continuous versioning and rapid recovery for data resilience
- Seamless edge-to-cloud data movement for AI workloads
Together, SHI’s AI capabilities and Nasuni’s infrastructure expertise help customers move beyond AI experimentation to AI execution—without compromising security, governance, or performance.
AI-Ready Data Strategy in Action at Unify Chicago

In October, that alignment came to life at Nasuni’s Chicago Unify event, hosted at the iconic Field Museum. Luckily for the guests, their 40 foot long T-Rex skeleton didn’t come to life as well! SHI joined as our featured partner, sharing their proprietary framework for AI readiness, and the critical role that data infrastructure plays within it. One unifying thread was woven through the live demos and technical sessions on the evening: legacy storage isn’t fit for the exponential growth that AI demands—and adding more capacity isn’t the answer. Organizations need a unified, intelligent data foundation that can scale, adapt and govern AI data effectively.
IT Leaders Saddled Up at Republic Boot Co Houston
From the prehistoric to the wild west, SHI and Nasuni joined forces once again in November against another memorable backdrop to host an intimate event for IT leaders at Republic Boot Co. in Houston. Our CTO, Andres Rodriguez took to the saloon stage to share how Nasuni’s file data platform supports scalable innovation, and attendees also heard customer perspectives from organizations including AECOM and David Weekley Homes. The evening generated strong engagement, a clear example of how close partner alignment translates into impact, with the right team on the ground.
Kicking off 2026 in true SHI style
That momentum carried over into 2026, with Nasuni attending SHI’s Global Sales Kickoff in February. They promised a range of opportunities for networking and learning, and the event did not disappoint. Partners, leaders, and teams gathered at the Executive Briefing Center in New Jersey for keynotes, peer learning sessions, and a partner showcase that the Nasuni team took part in. From the masquerade-themed welcome reception to the closing awards ceremony at Somerset Park, the event perfectly reflected the scale, ambition, and energy driving SHI’s continued success.
How Customers Benefit from the Nasuni-SHI Ecosystem
Heading into the rest of the year, Nasuni and SHI will continue to deepen their strategic alignment as SHI redoubles its focus on the global enterprise market. For shared customers, the benefit is clear: a wrap-around partner ecosystem bringing together SHI’s scale, reach, and AI expertise with Nasuni’s cloud-native file data platform to help organizations get faster to value from their AI initiatives. Even after a decade of productive partnership, it feels like we’re only just getting started.
