Gniadek Will Oversee Global Solution Installation and Customer Support; Previously Served as VP of Worldwide Professional Services at Autonomy
NATICK, Mass. – September 18, 2012 – Nasuni®, a provider of enterprise storage to large, distributed organizations, today announced that the company has expanded its management team, naming John Gniadek as Vice President of Services and Support. In this role, Gniadek will ensure that installations take place quickly and smoothly and that, post installation, customers’ needs are addressed quickly and proactively.
Prior to joining Nasuni, Gniadek served as VP of Worldwide Professional Services at Autonomy, where he was responsible for setting the strategic direction for the delivery of services, technical account management and aiding partners in delivering complimentary services. Gniadek joined Autonomy through its acquisition of the digital storage business at Iron Mountain, where he held the same position. Gniadek has also held senior support positions at LiveVault, MetraTech, Courion and Lightbridge.
“At Nasuni, our highest priority is to make sure our customers have the best possible experience at all times in their use of our solution and we want them to experience all of the value it offers,” said Andres Rodriguez, CEO of Nasuni. “Since the introduction of our multi-site capability and unified storage, our customer base has grown to the point that we needed to add a services and support veteran to our management team. John’s extensive experience in providing the highest level of support and service to enterprise customers impressed us all. We think he’ll impress our customers just as much.”
“For some time now, I’ve been following Nasuni’s growth and its refreshingly simple approach to storage solutions: charge only for usable storage per terabyte year, all while continuing to add new, very exciting features like global access and block storage capability at no additional charge,” Gniadek said. “It’s clear that Nasuni is completely focused on its customers, and that’s exactly the kind of organization I like to be a part of.”
