Momentum from the Show Floor: Reflections on Gartner IOCS 2025

Nasuni’s Lance Shaw discusses the company’s presence at the Gartner IOCS 2025 conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.

A few weeks ago, Nasuni joined IT and infrastructure leaders at Gartner IOCS in London, then exhibited just a few weeks later at Gartner IOCS 2025 in Las Vegas. While each event had its own flavor, together they painted a consistent picture of where infrastructure and cloud strategies are heading.

This reflection focuses specifically on our time in Las Vegas — what we heard on the show floor, how customers are using Nasuni today, and why those conversations give us confidence in our direction for the year ahead.

Customers Said it Best

One of the most rewarding aspects of Gartner IOCS 2025 in Las Vegas was the significant energy on the show floor, driven largely by customers themselves. Current Nasuni users didn’t just stop by our booth to reconnect; they shared impressive stories about how the platform is performing in real-world environments, what it has unlocked for their teams, and how it’s helping them address some of their toughest infrastructure challenges.

We also took that energy onto the main stage with a customer panel, “Cutting Costs, Powering Progress.” Two Nasuni customers (APi Group and JERDE) joined our Chief Product Officer Nick Burling to talk through their modernization journeys — how they simplified sprawling legacy environments, strengthened resilience, and built the foundation for faster, more collaborative workflows. Between the panel insights and the conversations we heard throughout the week, a few clear themes emerged: Nasuni isn’t just helping organizations manage data, it’s helping them reimagine how data supports agility, innovation, and strategic outcomes.

From these discussions, it became even clearer that when customers talk about real transformation, it resonates far beyond their session room. Hearing the same messages echoed in booth conversations and peer exchanges underscored just how central customer experience and results are to the Nasuni story.

Meaningful Conversations with Prospects & Peers

Beyond customer engagement, the booth saw sustained activity throughout the event, with a strong mix of new prospects and returning ones looking to revisit earlier discussions. The audience at IOCS is always highly targeted, and this year was no exception — decision-makers, influencers, and practitioners who came ready to explore solutions that solve real-world infrastructure challenges.

Analyst Interactions Reinforce Market Direction

IOCS also offered valuable time with Gartner analysts, including discussions on emerging trends such as data sovereignty and practical applications of AI. These insights closely mirror what we’re hearing from customers and partners: organizations need platforms that can securely manage data everywhere, while enabling new efficiencies and use cases.

The alignment between analyst perspectives and Nasuni’s product direction serves as a strong indicator that our strategy — particularly in the area of unstructured data management — is resonating in the market.

Looking Ahead

As we take our post-show momentum into 2025, a few themes stand out:

  • The market need for reliable, scalable unstructured data solutions is only growing.
  • Organizations value simplicity — platforms that reduce operational burden and “just work.”
  • Our customer community is one of our strongest assets.
  • Analyst perspectives continue to validate Nasuni’s strategic direction.

Most importantly, IOCS reaffirmed the importance of being present where our customers, prospects, and partners gather. Events like these aren’t just about leads or meetings. They’re about understanding challenges, validating assumptions, and strengthening the relationships that drive long-term success.

We’re grateful to everyone who stopped by to share their stories, ask questions, or explore what’s possible with Nasuni. The conversations we had in Vegas will help shape our roadmap, messaging, and customer engagement throughout the year.

We look forward to continuing the work of shaping the future of unstructured data management in 2026!
