Vice President of Customer Success
Barrie Kuza is a technically skilled, customer-focused executive with a long track record of building support and technical relationship management teams that enhance customer success.
With a background in computer science, Barrie began her career as a developer before transitioning into support and management roles for several startups. After helping to launch the technical support teams at Idiom Technologies and other growing companies, Barrie joined Nasuni in 2011. Starting as Senior Technical Support Engineer, she steadily expanded her role, building and then managing a team of technical support engineers both in the U.S. and EMEA. As the director of Nasuni’s new Technical Relationship Management program, Barrie will be the voice of the customer on the executive team and across Nasuni as a whole. She is responsible for ensuring that enterprise customers are achieving their internal goals while also deriving as much benefit as possible from the full suite of Nasuni’s Enterprise File Services.
An avid hiker and traveler, Barrie is a mother of four, and she has a B.S. in Computer Science from Brandeis University.
