Introducing Our New Office in North Carolina’s Research Triangle

November 08, 2018 | Louis Abate Introducing Our New Office in North Carolina’s Research Triangle

Earlier this week we announced our latest expansion, a new office in North Carolina’s Research Triangle. Encompassing the fourth floor of a modern – and we must say quite cool – office in the Morris Ridge neighborhood of Durham’s trendy downtown, the new space will be used by our growing engineering and customer support teams.

Why Durham, North Carolina?

Why are we expanding now and why in Durham? Like many, we’ve long been impressed with the Research Triangle. In many ways, it’s much like Boston, with a vibrant tech community that’s equally well-known for its creation of disruptive technologies and its incubation of enterprise solutions.

That combination of ground-breaking innovation and enterprise IT acumen is exactly what we want as organizations across industries embrace Nasuni. Engineers who continually ask what’s possible are behind the ability we’ve given organizations of all kinds to overcome their file-related challenges, and our investment in exceptional customer support talent reflects the mission-critical nature of that work. We want our customers to always know that if they need assistance they will be answered by a professional who understands the importance of the situation, is qualified to address it, and has the authority to do so quickly.

As the home of some of the world’s most respected legacy tech companies, radically advanced startups and numerous colleges and universities known for great tech programs, we felt like the Research Triangle would be a great place to find those professionals and expand on Boston’s already incredible talent pool.

We were right! A number of new members of our engineering and customer support teams in Durham are already collaborating with their colleagues in Boston via our high-performance video system.

Hiring will also continue in both locations for both teams, so if you know of an engineer or customer support professional who’s keen to make a difference, we’d love to speak with them.
