Nasuni’s enterprise storage is more than just hardware and software – it’s truly a service which includes our active monitoring systems, support, and a guaranteed SLA. In addition to rigorously testing the components of our system, we monitor those same components from our network operations center in Natick, Massachusetts 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Cloud storage - We monitor the cloud storage component of our system for intermittent outages, dropped connections, latency issues, data durability, and overall health. Constantly running a custom developed suite of tests against our storage partners, we are able to proactively identify issues before they impact our customers. Should we detect issues we can attack problems quickly by working closely with our cloud storage partners.
Storage controllers - Were a Nasuni Filer to shutdown unexpectedly or lose connectivity to a critical system like Active Directory, our support team will often know before the customer does. In fact, over 60% of our support tickets are generated proactively from active monitoring of our US-based support team. In addition to uptime and connectivity, Nasuni also monitors the status of data migrations, cloud synchronizations, irregular access patterns, security breaches, and core system performance.
