We're currently looking for qualified individuals for these positions:

Senior Support Engineer

The person in this position will research and support cutting edge technology, in a fast-paced environment. Provide critical support for all of our clients in a 24x7 environment. Work independently and with developers and QA to provide world-class customer service to resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Remotely troubleshoot and resolve complex product and customer environment issues
  • Provide documented in-depth technical solutions for customer and other engineers
  • Create scripts/tools to automate recurring tasks (Python experience preferred)
  • Support business with customer issue metrics and recommendation

Need to have

  • Understands Windows-based IT environments in small to medium size businesses (Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Shares)
  • Proven experience troubleshooting and supporting LAN/WAN environments as well as security and performance monitoring and troubleshooting of TCP/IP Networks.
  • Has worked with and/or supported Linux-based systems
  • Has supported products remotely with products like WebEx, GoToMyPC, LogMeIn etc.
  • Is a VMWare Certified Professional or has strong VMWare/Virtualization experience
  • Remote hardware debug/troubleshooting experience
  • Is willing to be on call on a rotating basis
  • Has a degree in Computer Science or related technology
  • Has a minimum of six plus years in supporting external customers
  • Has technical writing skills
  • Has excellent problem solving skills
  • Proven passion for documenting bugs, issues, FAQs, knowledge base items, etc.
  • Has strong organizational skills

Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will be the front-line team member of a rapidly expanding channel sales effort. Our newest business team member will be responsible for the complete sales process from qualification and some lead generation to close. Preferred candidates will have proven success selling enterprise storage solutions or some other comparable service with a similar price-point to our current offering.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and new account targets
  • Drive revenue by qualifying sales, directly via phone, and with channel partners
  • Keep all required lead/prospect/account/contact information current in the salesforce.com database
  • Proactively seek customers by daily lead follow-up/cold calling for new accounts
  • Stay current with storage technology (cloud & SAN) content and competition

 Need to have

  • 3-5 years of inside sales experience in the software industry meeting/exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Experience with the complete sales cycle over the phone (lead generation, prospecting, qualification, selling, and closing)
  • Strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapid changes in market and customer focus, and the intelligence to give appropriate and thoughtful feedback to management
  • The ability to work daily in Natick, MA 

 Nice to have

  • Storage/NAS sales experience
  • Work experience in a startup environment (and a desire to do it again)
  • Working knowledge of storage solutions, current offerings, and competitors
